Host your child’s next Birthday Party at BGC
NEW! We are excited to now offer Birthday Parties lead by our qualified and experienced staff.
Reservations can be made online at HERE or in person at our 506 Clubhouse (506 First St E. Cornwall).
Party Details:
- For ages 6-12
- 5 party themes to choose from: Kids in the Kitchen, Laser Tag, Mad Scientist, Minecraft, Nerf Battle, and Tie-Dye
- Each party is 2 hours in duration
- Activities and games are facilitated by BGC Staff
- The base price is $300 per party (including fees and taxes)
- Depending on the chosen theme, 10-15 child participants are included in the base price. For some themes, additional participants may be added for $12 each.
- What’s not included? Cake, loot bags, decorations.
- Currently, Birthday Party can only be scheduled for Saturdays. Refer to our online registration site https://bgccornwallsdg.recdesk.com/ for dates and times available.
Reservation Information
- The party “Host” (the person making the reservation) may enter our facility up to 30 minutes prior to their party time to set up and meet our staff.
- The party Host may bring decorations, cake, ice cream and peanut-free snacks into the facility and serve them in the Food Room.
- Refrigerator and freezer space is available.
- Plates, forks, spoons, napkins etc. are provided and cleaned by our staff after use.
- Based on the chosen theme, access to our Games Room, Food Room, Computer Lab, and/or Kitchen and equipment is included. Please note, the kitchen appliances can only be used for the Kids in the Kitchen party.
Supervision and Safety
- BGC Staff’s main responsibilities will be focused on party guests having a safe and fun experience.
- Party Hosts are responsible for supporting supervision including, but not limited to, serving food, eating, bathrooms, opening presents, entering/exiting the facility safely.
- Participants are allowed to run while playing Nerf Battle or Laser Tag in the Games Room. Running is not permitted between the rooms, in the Kitchen, Food Room, or Computer Lab.
- The party Host is responsible to have parent/guardian’s contact information for all party participants, in case of emergency.
- The party Host is responsible to be aware and prepared for any food allergies.
- BGC is a nut-free facility. Please ensure all foods are nut-free.
Other important Details
- Birthday Party reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking
- We will provide a clean facility and tidy up after your Birthday Party; however, a $75 Cleaning Fee will be charged to the Host if our facility is left unusually dirty.
- Indoor shoes are required
- The Host will monitor party guests and not allow excess mess to occur
- No confetti, Silly String, rice or sparklers
- No food or drink in the Games Room or Computer Lab
- We recommend serving water to drink rather than juice
- All party rooms are supplied with garbage and recycle cans
- The party Host is expected to clean/remove all party decorations and supplies
- Help us keep our space looking great
- Reservations for Birthday Parties must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
- There is a $50 non-refundable deposit
- Reservations can be cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice, less the non-refundable deposit of $50. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will not be refunded.
- Dates and times may be rescheduled at the discretion of BGC Cornwall/SDG.
- All children should be picked up promptly at the end of the party. The Host is responsible for all children associated with their party. BGC staff are not responsible for ensuring that participants are picked up.
- The party Host, all guests, and participants must exit the facility with all their belongings no more than 10 minutes after parties end time.
- Everyone must enter and exit the building by the main doors only.
- Smoking and vaping are NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
- There will be no access to any other areas (offices/pantry) of the facility at any time.
- BGC Cornwall/SDG is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items
- The party Host be financially accountable for any unforeseen expenses incurred by BGC Cornwall/SDG resulting from misuse, theft or negligence on the part of the Host and/or guest.
- BGC Cornwall/SDG has the right to suspend any rental for any reason.
Your party invitation should include
- Indoor shoes are required (all party guests must bring a change of shoes)
- Party location: BGC at 506 First St East, Cornwall
- Request for RSVP (so you know how many children to expect)
- Request contact information. The party Host is responsible for having parent/guardian’s contact information for all party participants, in case of emergency.
- Request food allergy information, if serving food. The party Host is responsible for being aware and prepared for any food allergy.

- Includes science materials and equipment
Minecraft Party
- 1.5-hours Computer Lab for Minecraft and activities/games
- 30 minutes in Food Room for cake and presents
- 10 kids maximum
- Includes use of computers in the Computer Lab
Nerf Battle Party
- 1.5-hours in the Game Room for Nerf Battle and activities/games
- 30 minutes in Food Room for cake and presents
- Up to 15 Kids included
- Add up to 5 more kids at $12 each (maximum of 20 kids)
- Includes use of Nerf equipment, barricades, and eye protection
Tie-Dye Party
- 1.5 hours of Tie-Dye activities/games in Games Room
- 30 minutes in Food room for cake and presents
- Up to 15 kids included
